Veil Altars

2021

The veil as clear water pouring in between clumps of algae in a stream; as drapes of stone; of light in dark water; of dappled sun on a mausoleum wall; of the mist from a winter waterfall; of silk rippling as you walk by; of molten glass poured onto a steel slab, the colors rolled flat; of dense things made diaphanous, and vice versa.
