ABOUT//
Mollie has ten years of experience working in the photo industry. From 2016-2020 she worked as lead retoucher and assistant for photographer Richard Barnes. She has retouched images for publication in the New York Times, T Magazine, The Wall Street Journal, The New Yorker, National Geographic, and books published by Taschen. Mollie has also retouched projects for numerous independent architecture clients, especially for major museums such as SF MoMA, the Whitney, the Menil Collection, and the Houston Museum of Fine Arts, and also for artists’ solo exhibitions at museums like Mass MOCA.
As an artist, Mollie has years of experience photographing her own artwork and exhibitions. In 2021 she began photographing artwork and exhibitions for artist friends, and is delighted to now provide this service to her wider community in the Hudson Valley and New York City. She specializes in difficult to photograph works, such as sculpture, installation, glass, and fabrication processes. She holds a BA in photography from Bard College and an MFA in sculpture/dimensional studies from Alfred University.
